Hello,

I am an engineer who went back to become a RT; now being into second year is getting really exciting:) because we will have only specialty courses and clinics; yes, it can be difficult, however we must keep our heads up thinking that one day we will be able to save someone`s life. Love to go to work for this purpose not just for the paycheck only:) In the long run it matters how happy you are not how much money you make and remember: you will be working MANY hours in your life time. Let`s make the best of it:) Good luck to everyone! :)

This is the most helpful article I have found on the daily life of a respiratory therapist. It was straight to the point and answered all the questions I had about the career. Thanks!

I'm going to CCSD right now in the same program. I have about 9 months to go. How did you manage to find a job in San Diego?
